UpMarket Is Back With COVID-19 Measures In Place

The popular Upmarket is back in full swing, this time around with all COVID-19 measures in place to ensure the safety of vendors and customers alike. Like many businesses, the Upmarket, which provides a space for local artisans to display their products for sale, was forced to shut down operations because of COVID-19. With some COVID-19 measures revised and lifted recently, vendors set up shop on Sunday at the Lions Civic Centre in Woodbrook and welcomed customers they had not seen in the last few months. One customer shared, she was pleased with the measures put in place. One vendor says she's elated to be back at the market. She says COVID-19 put a damper on sales, and she's looking forward to interacting with her customers.
