Two persons who were injured during Friday's explosion at NP's Sea Lots Head Office have been discharged from hospital. In a media release last Friday, NP stated at the time that two people who were affected by the explosion were taken for treatment. But Energy Minister Franklin Khan says a third person, who was also injured, remains warded. The Minister also revealed three simultaneous investigations into last Friday's incident have commenced to ensure there is no recurrence. The explosion at NP occurred at 12:54pm on Friday December 11th on the Southern side of the Tank Farm area. At the time, a contractor was on site extracting residual product from a storage tank as part of a routine repair exercise.
