Street In Tobago Renamed After Tobago's Education And Cultural Activist.

A street in Calder Hall Tobago, formerly called "Cradley Trace" will now be known as Kenetta Bobb Drive, after Tobago's education and cultural activist. The decision came through the efforts of villagers. Resident Kevon Mckenna, who suggested the name change, said the idea came out of numerous issues with mail being placed in the wrong mailboxes. In a small ceremony at the street, Secretary for Community Development, Enterprise Development and Labour Marslyn Melville-Jack said, the persistence and cooperation of the villagers to honour Ms Bobb, is an expression of community spirit. She applauded Ms. Bobb for her work. Ms.Bobb received another surprise. She was presented with a cake for her birthday which was celebrated on Sunday.
