TT Equestrians Compete In Florida

Trinidad and Tobago's young equestrians recently participated in the Dressage competitions in Wellington, Florida. Competing at the Ridge at Wellington Groves, 12 year old Jamie Fletcher, riding Mr. Gentle VDM, placed second in the .90 meter jumper class and second in the 1.10 meter high child/ adult jumper classic. Meanwhile, 14 year old Justynne Fletcher, who rode her horse Dolce de Leche, also finished on podium, placing third in the .90 meter jumper class, first in the .90 meter jumper table two class and first in the 1.10 meter high child/adult jumper classic. It was the first time both riders competed at the 1.10 meter height. Another teenager, Annabella Hill, achieved success with 65.8% riding the Training Level 3 test in the competition.
