Chief Justice and Chairman of the Judicial and Legal Service Commission (JLSC), Ivor Archie, has responded to recent statements made by Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard SC.
Chief Justice Archie said the statement was necessary to address and correct 'misconceptions' circulating in the public domain about the Criminal Justice system and urged other agencies to do the same.
