Minister of Works and Transport, Rohan Sinanan, has taken issue over a statement made by Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, Farley Augustine, that Trinidad Licensing Officers were "terrorising" Tobagonians.
He labelled the statements as unfortunate, saying he is disappointed by the remarks.
