The National Library and Information System Authority’s 14th First Time Authors Appreciation Ceremony acknowledges the perseverance, long hours of typing, and the willingness to delve into the arena of publishing.
That’s according to Executive Director of NALIS, Paula Greene, as she sought to encourage the authors to continue their writing journey on Tuesday.
