Mother's Day Concert In Tobago

Mothers in Tobago were serenaded and entertained by Music Amateurs as they hosted a celebration of Mothers entitled "Always There For You" at the Gulf City Mall in Lowlands on Sunday. The evening got off to a soothing start as the Music Amateurs Choir and Junior Ensemble gave a rendition of "I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing." Saxophonist Malcolm Boyce also had the audience singing along and Tobago's steelpan favourite, Duvonne Stewart, was also in the mix, giving the audience three performances. He received a standing ovation. The night, which saw over 20 performances, ended with the packed crowd dancing to Party Time sung by the Music Amateurs Choir.
