Approximately 177,000 residents in flood-prone communities now have an additional safeguard in their arsenal.
The Community Flood Early Warning Systems or C-FEWS project was officially launched in Trinidad on Wednesday. This System is expected to change the way communities and agencies respond when faced with adverse weather and flooding.
