There has been a 50% decrease in fatal road traffic accidents in T&T in the last decade.
The statistics came from President of Arrive Alive, Sharon Inglefield.
Speaking at the Road Safety Awards Ceremony for First Responders on Wednesday, Ms. Inglefield said the dedicated approach of first responders led to this decrease. She added that Arrive Alive strives to bring about a decrease in serious accidents, through advocating and educating all stakeholders.
