Chairman of Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Naveen Jindal has opted out of investing in the Pointe-a-Pierre refinery.
This was revealed by Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley on Saturday evening, as he chastised the Opposition for once again chasing away investors.
