Being motivated is a personal choice.
So says Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Development Consulting Centre, Richard Solomon. Mr. Solomon said that even if an employer tries his best to motivate his employees, the zeal has to come from within.
It is for this reason that he implores organisations to be mindful of the people that they hire. He said that employers must set boundaries and encourage greater levels of productivity.
