Carrying out road repairs effectively to avoid creating potholes after leak repairs is the aim of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) and Lake Asphalt of Trinidad and Tobago (LATT).
According to WASA’s Deputy Chairman Alston Fournillier, the Authority will be tackling 9,000 projects.
