SSCL Round 7 Points Update

The Powergen Secondary Schools Cricket League 50-over champions can be decided when Round 8 bowls off next Tuesday. Its a battle between defending champions, Presentation College San Fernando and Presentation College Chaguanas, with the latter at the top of the table on 132 points. The San Fernando outfit is on 114. The dominant Pres Chaguanas will clash with Princes Town West Secondary, which is 9th on the 10-team table and only picked up one win from their seven games. While cricket is a game of glorious uncertainties, all odds point to the direction of Presentation College Chaguanas to be crowned league champions.
