Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has given the Central Government’s commitment to offer full support to the Tobago House of Assembly as they address the effects of February 7th’s oil spill off the coast of Canoe Bay. On Sunday, Dr. Rowley toured the site of the incident and cleanup operations.
