Government’s continuing commitment to insist that wrong doers are brought before Trinidad and Tobago's Courts to account, and that corruption will not pay were reflected in a judgement by the Court of Appeal on Tuesday.
The words of Attorney General Reginald Armour, SC, after the Estate Management and Business Development Company Limited (EMBD) won a judgement in the Court of Appeal against several contracting companies for conspiring together to obtain State contracts.
