Mosquito Creek Collapse Being Addressed

Travellers who use the Mosquito Creek segment of the extension of the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway will be pleased to learn from Minister of Works and Transport Rohan Sinanan that the collapsed section is being addressed. The Minister spoke to the media during a tour of the construction of an additional lane between Chaguanas and Chase Village along the Highway. Minister Sinanan says on its completion, the road will be properly aligned and will run all the way to Point Fortin. He said ever since its construction, Mosquito Creek has always been a challenging area for road engineers.
