Questions on the progress of patenting certain aspects of Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival were raised during a Public Administration and Appropriations Committee (PAAC) Meeting of Parliament on Wednesday.
According to the National Carnival Commission (NCC), during the research process, certain aspects believed to be unique to T&T were found to have originated elsewhere, and this slows down the process.
