That is a revelation put forward by Chief Executive Officer of Justin Ram Advisory Associates and GSEC.
Using statistics, Dr. Justin Ram points out the economic implications of the imbalance which shows 65% of men in the workforce as compared to less than 50% of women.
Dr. Ram was speaking at the annual post-budget review breakfast meeting hosted by Central Finance Co-operative Society of Trinidad and Tobago, at the Trinidad Hilton earlier today.
