Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is at the Opening of the General Debate of the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
On Sunday, the Prime Minister left the country to attend the session.
The theme of this year's session is “Accelerating Action On The 2030 Agenda And Its Sustainable Development Goals Towards Peace, Prosperity, Progress And The Sustainability For All.”
Also on the trip are the Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs, Dr. Amery Browne and Minister of Planning and Development, Pennelope Beckles.
Minister of Finance Colm Imbert is Acting Prime Minister.
