Attorneys representing Paria Fuel Trading Company, Heritage Petroleum, and Kenson employees are asking Chairman of the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria diving tragedy to recuse himself, accusing him of being biased.
Speaking during a Virtual Media Conference on Wednesday morning, Jerome Lynch KC said he received letters asking him to recuse himself from the matter.
