Support For Cabo Star Passengers

Various agencies have been deployed to support truckers and other passengers on board the cargo ferry, the Cabo Star. This, after spending more than 12 hours at sea after a fire in the engine room late on Wednesday night. Earlier, the Port Authority said following repair works, the service will resume only when the vessel has been certified safe to operate and during that period, vehicles weighing up to 7,000kgs will be transported on the APT James, Buccoo Reef, and Galleons Passage, based on the availability of space.
