The North Central Regional Health Authority (NCRHA) is doing more than just providing secondary and tertiary health care.
According to Chief Executive Officer Davlin Thomas, the NCRHA has embarked on providing alternative behaviour options through its weekly Wellness Club. The launch took place at the Eddie Hart Grounds in Tacarigua on Wednesday.
With over 400 persons registering online on its first day, Mr. Thomas said growth is expected.
Members of the club will be participating in several weekly activities including Aerobics, Tai Chi, Mindfulness and Yoga.
