TIC Offers Growth For SMEs

There is room for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to grow within the CARICOM market and beyond. The assurance came from President of the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association (TTMA), Roger Roach. Mr. Roach added that the diaspora appreciates our products, which gives more opportunity for SMEs to sell their brands abroad. He was speaking during a walkabout of the Trade and Investment Convention (TIC) at the Centre of Excellence on Friday. Minister of Youth Development and National Service, Foster Cummings, noted the Government recently approved a multi-million dollar programme to assist SMEs. The Trade and Investment Convention (TIC) promises to create the ideal forum for local, regional, and international attendees to network, discover new products and services, and meet with hundreds of participants from various countries and business sectors.
