Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh says proactive thinking by the government back in January, has kept COVID-19 from having a more severe effect in Trinidad and Tobago.
Speaking at the daily Ministry of Health Media Briefing, Mr. Deyalsingh praised the decisions to suspend the cruise ship season and impose flight restrictions very early.
