Response To COVID-19: The World At Work In The Post-COVID Era

There is little doubt that the social and economic disruptions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic are unprecedented in modern history. The current lockdowns everywhere have changed the world and how it works. Here in Trinidad and Tobago, as it is elsewhere, there is little doubt that when restrictions are eventually eased, the post-COVID reality will be much different than how things were only months ago. Today's programme will attempt to explore the nature of the world at work in the post-COVID era. Our guests are Dr. Heather Rickettes, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, Psychology and Social Work at the UWI Mona Campus, and Dr. Edward Clarke, Dean of Social Sciences at the University of the Southern Caribbean.
