National Security Minister, Stuart Young has refuted claims that Energy Minister Franklin Khan was present at a meeting on March 27th, between Venezuelan Vice President, Delcy Rodriguez and Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley.
At Monday's Ministry of Health media briefing, the National Security Minister said the government has observed photos currently circulating, suggesting that Minister Khan and others were present at the meeting. He said, however, the photos are actually two years old.
