After searching for days, the body of 16 year old Iverson Thomas has been recovered.
The teenager, from Plaisance Park in Pointe-a-Pierre, was reported missing after he got into difficulty while bathing at Flower Pot Beach on Tuesday morning.
A fisherman spotted a body about three miles off La Brea on Friday morning.
The body was retrieved and Iverson's father identified him from some scarring and the clothes he was wearing.
