The Commissioner of Police is warning that you do not have the Constitutional right to break the law to voice your concern.
Commissioner Griffith has noted within the last few days, three separate incidents, whereby citizens have turned to breaking the law, in an effort to get media and public sensationalism.
He says it seems to be their hope that they can get their concern recognised and hence put pressure on authorities to act accordingly.
