Trinidad and Tobago is not bound by the decisions taken by nations of the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance (Rio Treaty) as it relates to the imposition of travel bans and sanctions against Venezuela's legitimate Government.
That's according to Foreign Affairs Minister Dennis Moses in the Parliament Chamber on Tuesday.
