Port of Spain was abuzz with activity on Monday as retailers opened their doors for the first time in over two months.
Guidelines for the reopening of businesses after the lifting of restrictions were rigidly followed.
The President of the Downtown Owners and Merchants Association is grateful that businesses have weathered the storm, but he predicts that sailing will not be as smooth.
