Minister in the Ministry of Education, Dr. Lovell Francis, says the return to school must not be taken lightly in these COVID-19 times.
September is the proposed month for students to return to school and Dr. Francis says they have been receiving loads of advice - not only from local Public Health Officials but also from the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA).
He says there are benchmarks that must be achieved for this step forward.
