Thousands of squatters are set to benefit from the Land Settlement Agency's Tenancy Policy, but according to Minister of Housing, Edmund Dillon, it will not be a free-for-all as only designated squatters can benefit.
Minister Dillon was speaking during the launch of the policy at the HDC's Head Office in Port of Spain.
