The Movement for Social Justice (MSJ) says while we have a lot to celebrate on Labour Day on Friday, there is still so much more that must be accomplished. Political Leader David Abdulah says while we now have the benefit of wage negotiations, the right to vote, and old age pensions because of the revolution of 1937, led by Tubal Uriah Buzz Butler, we are still not where we need to be. He says there has been no progressive labour legislation reform, while almost 20% of the people live below the poverty line. He says a revolution of the mind is needed, and the MSJ is offering another option than the ruling party or the opposition.
