Double Murder In Penal

Relatives of two men who were shot and killed in Penal on Sunday night are expressing shock over their deaths. Dead are 50 year old Wellington 'Zorro' Davidson and 28 year old Shazard 'Boyee' Mohammed, both of Penal. The men were said to be playing cards at a house at Matura Avenue in Penal. The owner of the house told police he left the men and went to sleep at about 11:45pm. About an hour later, he heard an explosion and on checking, saw the men lying in blood on the couch in his living room. Davidson's daughter, Crystal, recalled her last moments with her father. Mohammed's cousin, Selena, described him as a good person who kept to himself. She said he had a lot of gold jewellery and believes his killers went after the gold.
