Commuters in South Trinidad now have use of the bridge at Cross Crossing Interchange in San Fernando, after waiting for the finished product for just over a year.
Works and Transport Minister, Rohan Sinanan, who was on hand to declare the bridge open on Monday, said the timing of its delivery to members of the public is no election strategy.
