Election campaigns will have to proceed without the traditional large political meetings and rallies this year.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Roshan Parasram said the Ministry of Health is working alongside the Elections and Boundaries Commission to set procedures and protocols so that persons can exercise their right, while still maintaining physical distancing in these times of COVID-19.
