Tobago Business Chamber Welcomes August 10th Election Date

The Tobago Business Chamber is pleased that the election date has been announced, and that it is so close. Head of the Chamber, Martin George, said this will work positively for business. He said the Chamber is still keen on having the immediate repeal of the Foreign Investment Act which he believes will free up the flow of direct foreign investment into Tobago. Mr. George said support for the entrepreneurial spirit is also key to the development of Tobago, and should be provided by this Government or whichever party wins the election.
