In this Special, we speak to Anthony Watkins, the Head of the Community Recovery Programme team that has been mandated to evaluate and design a way forward for communities in need, starting in East Port of Spain.
The Community Recovery Programme was established following last week's protests over recent police killings, and is an appendage of the National Roadmap to Recovery Plan which was set up to take the economy forward following the COVID-19 pandemic.
