Minister of Works and Transport, Rohan Sinanan, says the Demerit Points System is a success.
Speaking with reporters at the Sod Turning Ceremony for the Maritime to Morvant Project, Mr. Sinanan hailed the success of the recently-implemented system in changing people's attitudes.
He said the system is also encouraging motorists to follow the correct procedures and obey the law.
