PNM incumbent candidate for Tobago East, Ayanna Webster-Roy, says the Government is responsible for bringing the village of Roxborough back to its former glory.
Speaking at the Official Opening of the Roxborough Campaign Office on Thursday evening, she said as a young child she remembered the village as a bustling town but over the years, things changed and she witnessed the decline of economic activity.
She said a transformation is taking place not just in Tobago East, but across the island.
