Many Benefits To Hosting CPL In T&T

Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is keen to make this year's Hero Caribbean Premier League a huge success, despite the rumblings from some of his detractors. The Prime Minister is adamant that it's all about safety first in all that the government is doing as it pertains to allowing persons into the country, including the cricketers, and insists that the CPL isn't competing with anyone for Government's attention. He couldn't give exact figures but believes the investment is worthwhile, as it will be the only show in town and people from all over the world will be focussed on T&T as a place to visit for sport and tourism, as well as to do business once again.
