Minister of Communications, Donna Cox, is asking Nationals seeking exemptions to return to Trinidad and Tobago to be patient.
She assured that Government is bringing Nationals home as fast and as safe as humanly possible.
The Communications Minister pointed out that the region of the Americas has recorded 6.8 million Positive cases of COVID-19, with over 300,000 deaths, which account for half of all the cases and deaths worldwide.
Minister Cox said there are 3,000 pending cases for exemption just from the United States.
