Protocols For SEA Exam

The Secondary Entrance Assessment Examination (SEA) is set to take place tomorrow, Thursday August 20th, and the Ministry of Education would like to remind parents about the protocols required. There is to be no congregating in or around school compounds. Students are to be dropped off no later than 7:45am for screening ahead of the examination, which begins promptly at 8:30am. Students must be collected promptly after the exam, from approximately 1pm. Parents of children with concessions are advised to return at 1:30pm Students are required to wear masks and will be screened upon entry to the school compound for COVID-related symptoms. Any student presenting with flu-like symptoms will be refused entry, so parents are expected to make sure that their children are admitted to the compound before leaving. Parents are urged to keep children with flu-like symptoms at home. A make-up test would be available to students who are absent. All other established COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols remain in effect. For further information, please contact the Ministry's Communications Division at 622-2181.
