William Wallace, the beleaguered ex-president of the TTFA, says he is committed to an immediate Emergency General Meeting, should the court rule in favour of United TTFA in its matter with FIFA.
They are challenging the legitimacy of a FIFA imposed Normalisation Committee, chaired by Robert Hadad in the High Court.
On August 26th, FIFA gave United TTFA a September 26th deadline, to withdraw the matter from the courts, and try to have it settled at the Court of Arbitration for Sport instead, or face possible sanctions and/or suspension.
That date has passed with no movement, and now the country's football stakeholders await FIFA'S next move, which could come as early as Friday, when their Congress holds a virtual meeting to discuss the matter.
Meanwhile, the man Mr. Wallace replaced as President of the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association, David John Williams, is heading to court.
This, as he says he intends to take legal action against Guardian Media Limited Journalist Mark Bassant for allegations against him, surrounding the construction of the Home For Football in Couva.
Williams says in the interview conducted by Mr. Bassant, he was ambushed and was not in a position to properly answer the questions.
He says he will have his day in court where his name will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
