Police Commissioner Gary Griffith has apologised to Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley.
The Commissioner's apology comes on the heels of his response to the Prime Minister's criticism of his handling of breaches of COVID-19 Public Health restrictions.
During Thursday's Weekly Police Press Briefing, Commissioner Griffith said he has since put his apology in writing to the Prime Minister and said he will continue to work towards safeguarding the country.
