Former St Augustine MP Prakash Ramadhar and current Attorney at Law is urging banks to be more lenient with homeowners who may be unable to pay their mortgages at this time.
He believes banks and commercial institutions should be considerate and believes during these economic hard times, they should not seek to obtain more than $1 as their profit at the end of the year.
