Crime: Police Seize Narcotics, Weapons And Prohibited Animals In Separate Exercises

Two men have been arrested after police seized a quantity of narcotics valued at over $4.5 million. Western Division officers made the arrests after a search at a building Port of Spain. A man who occupied the building was found with three packets containing a quantity of cocaine in his possession. Police also searched a motor vehicle parked close to the building. A single male occupant was discovered with six packets containing cocaine. The narcotics had a combined weight of 3.3 kilogrammes and an approximate street value of TT$4,555,000. The two men arrested are from Diego Martin.
