THA Secretary of Sport and Youth Affairs, Jomo Pitt, said a $30 million contract has been awarded to Towers International for the construction of an indoor sporting facility in Bacolet.
He said the project is essentially underway.
He also gave details on when the building of the facility is expected to start and end.
Mr. Pitt said they are now embarking on a special youth project, the Tobago Youth Assembly, for which elections are expected to happen by next month.
