Debate on the Financial Appropriation Bill, or 2021 Budget, has begun in the Senate. The Finance Minister presented the Bill for debate this morning and said that in contrast to the three hours given him in the House of Representatives, he only had 45 minutes in the Senate. The Finance Minister said the Public Sector Debt is manageable plus affordable and could return to the pre-crisis level of 65% by 2023.
